IPA - BMW's Intelligent Personal Assistant

Overview:

As part of the BMW project, I worked primarily on the navigation use case and traffic information, the most complex and extensive domains. Additionally, I contributed to the parking use case.

My Responsibilities:

As the project lead from the VUI agency side, I was responsible for both operational and strategic tasks:

• Project Management: Coordinated the project, managed budgets and resources, ensured timelines of delivery, and oversaw project logistics.

• Team Leadership: Led and coordinated team members, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

• Prompt Design: Created effective prompts to guide users through navigation, traffic info, and parking interactions.

• Conversational Flows: Designed conversational flows to ensure smooth and intuitive user interactions.

• Strategic Planning: Involved in strategic decision-making to align the project goals with BMW's long-term vision.​

• Innovation stream - Future Use Cases: Worked on innovative use cases involving generative AI. These future concepts aimed to revolutionize the user experience in the next decade.
